I thought this place was a great place at first well I did for the first four years I've been going there anyway, till today. Last week I had a very serious family problem and couldn't reschedule my appointment my original appointment was supposed be on the 22nd today is the 5th I called as soon as I could raise up the money to make the appointment and then I was told there was a $40 rescheduling fee added to my account. I can't say enough good things about the people here. They actually care about your sobriety. And they don't stop there.Whatever problem you're having they'll go above and beyond to help with the situation and also help you feel better. They helped save my life. And I'll be forever grateful to them all.

I guess the people saying they are rude must have been rude to them first because they have always been kind and very understanding to me. I will spare the details but please keep your loved ones away! The people at this clinic in NLR are rude and downgrading to their customers. They have no compassion for anyone. They are just working for their next check!
