Our Doctors are thoroughly trained in various methods & styles of adjusting & manual manipulation, Active Release Technique (ART) soft tissue therapy, Pre & Post-natal treatment and rehabilitation, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) exercise training, Functional Movement Analysis & Injury prevention screening, balance training for the aging population. We also have two massage therapists, an acupuncturist and a yoga studio on site.

Dr. Kacie is fantastic!! I had been suffering from carpal tunnel in both hands and headed towards surgery. She not only has my hands feeling great, she's very knowledgeable - wise beyond her years. The word that comes to mind is SCEPTICAL. In the past I've had poor experiences and very little results with chiro, but I feel good and am hopefull I will only keep improving. Catalyst Wellness has renewed my faith..
