Truly incredible staff working on a world class level. I went here for forehead FFS because I wanted a surgeon trained on the same groundbreaking methods they use at facialteam in spain (but my insurance wouldn’t cover out of country)…and while I did get exactly that, I also got so much more. I got queer surgeons and trans staff who seemed to be doing it (at least in part, i’m sure money is nice too) out of a love for the community. Dr. Chung and his team are the best. I had a relatively intense surgery here. Through every part of the process they helped me feel safe, comfortable and supportive. They are not pushy at all. It’s clear Dr. Chung only wants you to have the procedures done that YOU truly want done. The surgery itself was smooth. I felt comfortable and well taken care of both before and after. Recovery was good and the results have been exactly what I was hoping for! I can’t thank Dr. Chung and his team enough!
Dr. Chung is great at what he does, is knowledgeable, open-minded but realistic, and a master at easing my concerns. He also has the most welcoming, talented, and kind staff. Clean and modern premises. And there's a Blåhaj! 🦈💖 Thank you guys!
I had a consultation here today and only have positive things to say. Oscar quickly made me feel at home and couldn't have been more welcoming. Dr Chung was also lovely to talk to and gave me a ton of great information. I would highly recommend them.
