I have always been interested in working out. I finally decided I wanted somebody to help push me and make sweat!! Working with Ashtin is the highlight of my week! Not only does she destroy my poor muscles but...we find a way to laugh through the whole hour! The new facility is amazing..I can't say enough about how nice everyone is. They are very serious about making everyone feel comfortable at whatever place you are physically!
Alicia Brubaker is great to work with. If you are seeking personal training I highly recommend! Their new facility on Getz is spacious and productive!

Good facility with great people that make you feel right at home. I work with Freddie, and always come away knowing I have had a good workout and wanting to come back for more.
Freddie Austin is a great trainer who genuinely cares about your fitness. He is an excellent trainer that I can highly recommend. I've been to many gyms over the years, but Catalyst is home.
