Has it's good and very bad qualities. For approximately the past two weeks the men's bathroom has been in absolute DESPAIR. The second you enter the room you're hit with the smell of stale urine, there are boogers on the wall near the sink, a literal pool of water (or urine given the stench) in between the sink and hand dryer that has been there for days. As a gym owner myself, I can sincerely and from a professional point of view, recommend Catalyst. From a facilities standpoint, the equipment is top notch and not limited in any regard. The shower rooms are well thought out, and the addition of a smoothie bar is a nice touch. The staff during my visit was helpful and visible in case I needed any help. I owe my health and fitness in part to the Catalyst team. I started with kickboxing a few years ago and was hooked! The Spark 60 classes are a great work out. I love working one on one with Kyle. I am a fitness junkie now. Catalyst makes it fun and rewarding.
Love the facilities, friendly staff, and 24 hours access. Couldn't be happier with a gym to call home.
The new location on Getz is really terrific. There's plenty of space, which means no more tripping over other clients. There's all sorts of new and different equipment, which Jill uses to make me stronger in a variety of new and painful ways. Best of all, there are no train tracks to stop you for ten minutes on the way in or out!
