We have hired Catalyst Construction and Home Remodeling for multiple projects at our property. Catalyst remodeled my Gold Coast Condo master bathroom and did a fantastic job! It was a complete "gut" remodel with the following work done: Removed whirlpool tub and replaced with walk in shower; installed new vanity, recessed medicine cabinet, new wall-hung in-wall toilet, towel warmer and recessed 90" cabinet. Ryan and Co. did a great job finishing up our basement. We are really happy with the outcome just the way we wanted. They also installed a nice egress window cut through concrete foundation with a nice wood well and a window that opens out. Ryan was very professional and he listen very carefully to our opinions and completed everything the way we wanted. At the end of the day we are very satisfied with that Ryan did for our basement!
Ryan and his team remodeled our basement to turn it into a mother-in-law suite. They gutted the space, added a bathroom and kitchen from scratch, added two egress windows, lighting, the whole deal! We hired Ryan at Catalyst Construction to remodel a powder room, add a bedroom/office using existing attic space, and add a basement bathroom. It was our first large scale remodeling project, and we got 3 bids for the job. Ryan's came in at the lower end, and he seemed knowledgeable and could work on our schedule.
