This company is laughable at best, and infuriating almost any other time. A typical email response time of 1-2 weeks is considered "normal" to them, and it is almost impossible to get a real person on the phone. I had an internet service technician ask me where a certain box was in the building, (not in my unit) and when I finally got Catalyst on the phone to answer the question after calling four times, the agent admitted they had never actually stepped foot inside the building and had no idea where to find it.
