The management is good for nothing, i live in 681 Savanna blvd This company is managing ( as they think of it) a building They are full of nuisance making wrong remarks and defaming the residents. The residents are dumb making wrong assumptions and allegations over fellow residents. And this Management without any checks issue useless and pointless harassing emails to residents. This management has ZERO management knowledge

Catalyst has been one of the worst companies I’ve dealt with. I have experience with them as a condo board member and also as a tenant in a condo managed by them. They take weeks to respond to simple requests even when the requests are dealing with building security issues. When they do finally respond, they are extremely rude and unhelpful. The board I was on dropped them as a condo management company as soon as we could. If you are planning on living in a building managed by Catalyst, BEWARE!!!
