If you wish to be stressed, live in any building run by Catalyst Condo Management. After calling who knows how many times, we finally got a call back. Our issue is a leak that we have no desire of getting worse. The lady over the phone said she would have someone sent out in the morning. No one has contacted us so, of course, we had to contact Catalyst again. Now we wait.
This company is really bad! They worry about silly things like not letting you keep your stuff on your own balcony and complain if we put our winter tires or other items in our parking spaces. I'm confused about where I'm supposed to put my tires if I can't keep them on my balcony or in my parking space? Why don’t you focus on solving real problems that matter to us, the people who pay you? DO NOT USE CATALYST CONDO MANAGEMENT - unless you want no service, no calls back, idle promises and unfulfilled commitments, on and on. I have left several messages daily for the past 4 days, one number continually states tat no agents are available and leaving a message results in no response. another number gets andwered half the time and they simpky state that I ned to call the number where no agents are available. Update: August 11, 2025 A lot of talking, but not much has been done. When it comes to the mirrors in the garage, it seems like they were put up just to make it look like you’re “doing your job.” I swear I saw a pair of similar mirrors on Aliexpress for only 10 dollars. You probably should have put up bigger mirrors that match your ego, because the small ones you call mirrors don’t really help much.
