Everything seems to be falling apart now. And the office is NEVER open not to mention there’s a pool here but no playground and the pool have not been open since school been out. I just feel so bad for ppl that have small kids. Smh
Le doy una estrella porque no hay forma de dar menos, vivo en este condominio y desde hace mas de 1 mes el techo se daño con la lluvia y aun no han querido solucionar, tengo una habitación con humedad e inservible y aun asi no me dan la carta para terminar el contrato, esta administración es muuuy pesima y despota con los residentes, nunca recomiendo estos apartamentos
Never answer the phone ever!
Management is never there, never answer the phone. I went in to put in 60 day notice, they asked me to come back 4 times. Now trying to charge me a extra month. Didn't fix service request, one wasn't fixed for 2 years. Ceiling leaked for months everytime it rained, windows did too. Power was out for 17 days in half the apartment. Sink wouldn't drain, they didn't come out for 4 days and it was thanksgiving. Parking was horrible and my car was dinged many times. No recomiendo para nada vivir en Catalon Apartments. Este lugar está en pésimas condiciones y la administración parece no preocuparse por los residentes. Hay una infestación de chiripas/cucarachas terrible, al punto de encontrarlas hasta dentro de la comida. Es algo asqueroso e inaceptable. El gimnasio casi nunca funciona correctamente, los baños y los lavaplatos se tapan todo el tiempo y los problemas duran semanas sin solución.
