The individuals responsible for leasing and property management have been extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and, in my experience, have provided inaccurate information. I want to express that the manager—a Latina woman whose name I don't know because she didn't introduce herself—is incredibly rude. I was given an appointment on her "busy" schedule to discuss a situation, but it seems my time wasn't valued at all, as she did nothing but ignore me. She is an extremely rude and arrogant woman; I spent two months trying to speak with her, only to have my time wasted.
Apartment complex is amazing! The community amenities are always well kept! The staff is always amazing and Chloe is a breathe of fresh air everytime!
I paid Catalon Apartments a visit to discuss a future home for myself. Chloe was very personal and professional; reminded me of the lady that helped me when I first moved into my current apartment. Because of Chloe's attitude and professional demeanor, Catalon is definitely on my short list of new homes!
