Cannot talk to live person; callback unreliable or nonexistent Formerly a possible new patient, attempted to confirm 1st appointment, and phone system never permitted contact with a live person, just phone mail. Therefore, left message with no timely response to query. As a result, left second message cancelling new patient appointment due to non-response to confirm appointment. Expect doctors are just as impersonal and automated.

Phones never answered and very difficult to get a call back. Doctors are great. Here's what I wrote to them in an e-mail...Why is it so hard to get through to a live person? Your front desk NEVER picks up the phone even when msg is left. Furthermore, your scheduling person says that a call will be returned w/in 24 to 48 hrs. She called once and left a msg for me to call back. Still never got through to her and as of this date, I still can't get through to make an appt. I CANNOT stay home all day to wait for a call back.
