I took in an outboard I bought off Craigs list that had an added starter with the wrong number of teeth on the bendix wheel(?). Phil was professional, polite and the work was done as promised at the price quoted. I'll go back. 5/7/2016 As stated, I did go back with another motor and was pleased again. The price was fair and delivered on time. The staff was professional and friendly. The back room guys gave me info and tips on the motor that I as a newby didn't know. As stated previously, I'l go back again.
I have been waiting on my dockline for almost a month now they quit responding to my emails and they charged my credit card twice. Don't buy from these guys the are in business to rip people off. They dont answer there phone either. Worst business ever...
Something is going wrong with their shipping. Received shipping notice and USPS tracking number two days after ordering, but it never moved past "in transit to carrier". Three weeks later it still had not arrived. Wish I had researched first, turns out this seems to be happening a lot lately. Were not responsive in resolving the problem, so ultimately cancelled order and placed it with another supplier. Too bad, I like patronizing places like this.
