Poor etiquette in hiring process. Seems like they do not look at your resume before offering an interview. It takes people’s time and expenses to get to an interview. And stopping mid interview seems ill-mannered. Staff Joe came across as impolite as well.

Catalina In-Home Services has been providing us with excellent caregivers for our parents for over 2 years now. The office staff is helpful and professional. They have worked with us and listened to our feedback to find caregivers who are a good fit for our family members. We have tried other agencies in Tucson, and none have come close to the quality of service and care we have received from Catalina.
