I dont have experience with the caregivers but I tried to get them to come for an initial meeting to talk about possibly caring for my dad and they didnt follow through when I set up a day and time to meet. I was told they could come on a particular day but they never showed up or called.
Had them as the home health provider for my Mom. Great caring care givers, and very responsive case managers when health issues happened, as they do with elderly.
Excellent customer service and patient care. Highly recommend. I used this service twice for post surgery care, the pricing was good for the level of care.
Recently we had to transfer a family member to another room at a facility. We chose to have a sitter present for a stressful time as during Covid we could not be there. I was impressed that within one day we were able to get a sitter arranged. Not only was the support staff very reassuring but the sitter provided was extremely patient and kind. I was familiar with Catalina from a stint with my grandmother. When my dad needed some help, we called on Catalina. We went from 4 hours a day to 24 as his needs increased. Scheduling really got a workout with many quick changes needed and the staff was great to work with. The caretakers were good and the nurse was excellent.
