We felt blessed to have Catalina and the staff working with us to navigate this difficult process. We experienced their care and compassion throughout and they became part of our team supporting our father. From their explanations to their ability to insert additional resources at a time when they were truly needed, they were key to making a difficult situation not as hard. We really appreciate the work they do.
