The new manager is just a person sitting at a desk threatening to evict people for anything and this didn't happen with the other manager. Many people have been there for years and this new manager doesn't care about that. She only knows how to threaten to kick people out and it's sad that they don't value their old clients im leaving soon because of that good luck with this person in the office
Worst management definitely play favorites , April is the worst to have as to representing this apartment complex very unlikely to be a professional.
Do not recommend. Current resident and I PROMISE you will be unsatisfied. Management is unorganized, dishonest, and plays favorites. REGARDLESS if you’ve been a good resident - they play favorites and you get lied to. I’ve been a resident here for 4 going in 5 years. It wasn’t always like this. Ever since the new property manager came to play things have changed. It’s really sad.
Yo les seré sincero de acá, tomen nota: primero la atención al cliente es lo más pésimo que pueden encontrar siempre enojados y sin ganas de ayudarte. La secretaria de aquí es la peor que te puedes encontrar, poco profesional con su trabajo, realmente se nota que no le gusta lo que hace, segundo tienen la residencial en dos partes calle 100 N Wallace y la otra 6363 clarice avenue, de estas 2 si te toca la primera es muy poco probable que encuentres parqueo y aún así nunca tienen apartamento de 2 cuartos por el lado de esta c... read more
