on 2025 year when they changed to a new managment and maintenance team everything went a lot worse a bunch of worrkers just riding the golf car aroung doing nothing
I do not recommend for any circumstances these apartments 3 times I have talked to the manager and the secretary about problems with the ceiling of the apartment and the 3 times they do not fix or solve the problem, and I lost my furniture and bed because of the negligence that this residential has, of course I will leave here not before without leaving my experience and talking about how negative this place is. The new manager is just a person sitting at a desk threatening to evict people for anything and this didn't happen with the other manager. Many people have been there for years and this new manager doesn't care about that. She only knows how to threaten to kick people out and it's sad that they don't value their old clients im leaving soon because of that good luck with this person in the office
