My family and I have been living here for the past two years, and so far these have been the best apartments we've ever lived in. The owners are very kind, and very quick to fix any issues reported. It's also a gated community and haven't had any issues with theft or safety. The apartments are well kept and the area always looks nice and clean. Neighbors are quiet and nobody really gets loud around here. The pool is awesome as well and gets it's regular maintenance as well. It's been a pleasure and a blessing to live here.
They keep increasing rent every year.
Been waiting for someone, anyone in the office to get back to me regarding placing an application for an apartment. Can’t get anyone to return a phone call. Don’t rent from this place.
