Absolutely the worst experience at a medical facility. Front desk (Suzette) was extremely rude even saying Jesus Christ when not getting the response she was looking for. Called and spoke to manager (Rebecca) who was equally unpleasant and said she will just chalk it up to someone having a bad day. Scheduled two appts, they booked for 315 and 345. They decide to try and see both at 345 even though billing for 2 separate appointments and making us arrive for a 315 appt. Said it was a misunderstanding. Find another office.
Dr Ryan was thorough, thoughtful and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend

This is a multi location practice with a single MD, which likely explains why they assigned a new patient with a serious medical condition to a PA with no expertise in said condition. (Even after learning of my 20-year medical history, he still insisted on rosacea treatment.) If your needs are purely cosmetic, this may be a good practice. If you have a serious skin condition, ask your primary for another referral.
