Court assigned psychologist in my grands custody case. totally ridiculous to suggest dad in this case should have unsupervised visits with his kids in his home. Dad has extreme mental and drug issues for most of his life. This is well known and documented
Dr. Arata was the court ordered psychologist in my lengthy custody battle. She did not care what was best for the child. Her report was absolutely garbage and had ZERO medical credibility. She based her recommendation on what attorney she liked best. “Both parents are fit to care for the child. But based on the child projected to be more of a challenge and the husband being more rigid of a person - if I must chose one: I recommend him.” WHAT??
