To start, this company is not a good one. The pay is good but you will work everyday of your life and that is not an exaggeration. People in production are good, but the people in Quality tend to be below subpar. Most people here who are honest will tell you to work somewhere else because how bad it is. This facility is very small and absolutely does not take early arrivals for appointments.

I have been waiting for 7 hours past my appointment time, and I am still NOT loaded. No restroom facilities for Truckers. This should be a $3.50 per mile to make it worth the wasted time.

I was hired onto this company two years ago into their QA department working 12 hour shifts on a 2-2-3 day schedule (often including days of mandatory overtime). After the company stock took a nosedive, our facility went to 8 hour shifts (still often including mandatory overtime, many times I've had to work seven days in a row) and I was moved to a different department due to merging teams.
