Horrible! Worst experience. Waited almost 3 hours with my elderly sick cold mother. Was told twice that they were in the building, then after another hour wait they told me she is marked as picked up!. They did not pick up my mother. They picked up the wrong patient. That was probably not true, unless they are that unprofessional & unreliable. Could they be that stupid?? Yes they absolutely are. Do yourself a favor and walk if you have to, you would be much better off

I've had two extremely unprofessional paramedic encounters from Cataldo in Lynn. Both men have been extremely cocky with an attitude while questioning my medical judgement in front of patients inappropriately (if you're intimidated by women in medicine or if you'd like to practice medicine at a higher degree, feel free to go to school as I had to do as well). One man decided to sit and waste time doing an EKG on a chest pain patient with a history of cancer instead of transporting and performing on the way as you are trained... read more
