Catablu is arguably the finest dining experience in Fort Wayne. Food is exquisitely prepared; presentation is outstanding; service is attentive but not intrusive. Decor is restrained but tasteful. Prices arent cheap, but well be regulars there, now that weve found it.

Great food, Great Service, unusually satisfying wine list, we just returned from a Nappa trip and found some of the newer up scale wine on the Catablu list. Very interesting menu, we will be back to try as many options as we can get in.
A great suprise in Fort Wayne. The atmosphere and food are both a wonderful combination. This is a gem that if you are in Fort Wayne, you need to eat here. You will not be disappointed!!!!
