I wanted to love this place...unfortunately: Since my vet of many years retired, this is the 4th practice I've visited. Sadly, I am still searching for my new vet. I called 3 weeks prior to the appointment date desired of Thursday, 2/5/26. When I arrived on the scheduled date at the scheduled time, I was told I didn't have an appointment booked. Then I was told my name was not in their computer system at all. Finally, I was told that they found my appointment, but they had it for Monday 2/9. I wrote down the appt. date/time ... read more

I read great reviews about this place and was looking for somewhere to start a vet service, I called with some questions about my sick animal and just felt like the woman on the other line was grumpy and rude towards me and made me feel extremely dumb for asking questions :(
Dr. Kathy is terrific! She takes her time with everything, and makes sure you are understanding what and why she is recommending or performing procedures. She saved my very sick senior cat!
