I read great reviews about this place and was looking for somewhere to start a vet service, I called with some questions about my sick animal and just felt like the woman on the other line was grumpy and rude towards me and made me feel extremely dumb for asking questions :(
Dr. Kathy is terrific! She takes her time with everything, and makes sure you are understanding what and why she is recommending or performing procedures. She saved my very sick senior cat!
They charge extreme fees and try and upsell with everything. When I questioned the expense, I was told I was making the Tech uncomfortable. If you are on a fixed budget, but want to do the best for your cat, this is NOT the place. The same day, I had the same procedures done for 1/2 the price at Bayshore Animal Hospital.
