I will never return to this clinic. While they do some great things (spaying/neutering feral cats at a low cost), I will never again take a cat there. A year ago, one of our cats died under their care, following a fairly basic surgery (hairball removal), due to their poor judgment and negligence. After Annie's death, I did some research, which confirmed my suspicions that her care had been mishandled. I love Dr. Jones, she is the best vet in town. Recently I had to have my sister take one of my kitties in for me cause I was out of town and my baby had a stroke. Dr. Jones has kept me updated on my babies progress daily, even though the office is closed for Thanksgiving.
I took one of my foster kittens to them and Dr Jones got her all fixed up.
We have taken our fur babies to Dr. Jones at the Cat Hospital , and she and staff have always been attentive to our cats and us. We will ALWAYS be patients there!
The only place I will take my cat. Dr.Jones is the best. They will always tell you everything before doing a procedure. Yes It cost more than other vets but the care they provide is well worth it.
We have been coming to Dr Jones ever since I came to Wichita 17 years ago. She is kind and knowledgeable as well as practical. I will not go elsewhere as long as she stays in business.
The best place to take your cat! They are caring and know their stuff. Such a great atmosphere.
