I’ve been taking my cats here since about 2001. Simply, they really care about animals, I trust them, and cats trust them. They don’t treat dogs, so there’s never that extra stress on the cats when they visit. I know my cats will get the best care available with Dr. Hertzel.
Dishonest and Cowardly......Thanks for waiting until the day before my honeymoon to back your way out of your promise to take care of our kitty. It is especially insulting to be told you cannot provide an insulin shot twice a day, after being quoted a special price for diabetic cats. I clearly identified my cats’ needs and you all chose to not pay any attention until the last minute. Class act all the way.
The knowledge base and the passion that both Dr. Hertzel and Dr. Mills have for their profession is commendable and obvious. They both have gone above and beyond for my two kids as well as countless other cats that have walked through their door. Everyone in the hospital is patient, kind, and sympathetic to client needs. We brought our cat here to get a 2nd opinion about a tumor in her mouth. They confirmed it was that, and not much else could be done. They were so kind and understanding each time I'd call in with questions about her. When it was time to say goodbye they made it as easy as it could be given the situation. Thank you!
We switched to this vet because they specialize in cats. Everyone was so nice and I felt very confident and comfortable having them care for our cat. We will be coming back!
This is the BEST veterinarian office that I have ever gone to. I have been going to this office since 1999. They are very professional, yet very caring and loving. Plus it's only for cats. If you take you cat (s) to this office, You will love them.
