Dr. Tice and her team are so kind and gentle with Otis. He's a bit skittish around other people, as he was originally a feral cat. They've done nothing but take good care of him, and made it an easier process (due to my hectic schedule) for me to get Otis seen. They always thoroughly answer your questions and do such a good job at making sure you know your cat is in good hands! Thanks you guys!
