I think the Caswell House is a very nice place. We just place my sister there on Thursday March 23 2017. After she is there for a while and gets settled down, I think she will really like it. We want to go and visit and fellowship with her, but right now, we can't. She doesn't understand why she is there and wants to come home. She has Dementia and it is no longer possible for her to be at home. My heart is breaking for her. The staff here really care about their residents and do whatever they can to help out. Always willing to go above and beyond to make the residents feel as comfortable as possible. Easy to get along with and ready to help out or answer any questions!!!!!
Be careful about putting your family members in here. We are having alot of problems with them with my family member. His cigarettes disappear(they're kept at the nurse's station). We keep count on them and know when he should run out. Now we find out that money from his account(he didn't know we had it set up) is missing. The explaination they gave over the phone doesn't make any sense. I'm suppose to be getting a written copy in the mail. I already know there are things missing from the report.
Caswell house is a great place to work.Friendly ,caring staff.A great place for your loved one to stay. I've personally had family members here and delighted from the care and service our employees give.Our residents enjoy great company,activities,and the care they receive.
