My complaint somehow got lost for months but has now been addressed. I was called from the store owner and he apologized for this mistake. Casual Carpet has always been a fine store with good service. The owner has assured me this matter will be addressed with the person involved. I would still give Casual Carpet a good reference for quality products and service. The next time I need carpet, I'd shop there again. I consider this a mistake that has been resolved. I am very satisfied with Casual Carpets. They went out of the way to take care of me. The customer service couldn’t have been any better. I am so happy with the carpet and the installation was the best that we ever had. I would recommend Casual Carpets to any one who wants s quality carpet and installation at a great price!
My complaint has been addressed to my satisfaction and I would like to retract my comments about Casual Carpet. They have always done right by me and I would have a hard time finding a better carpet store.
I have shopped this Mahoning ave store faithfully since it opened. I have spent thousands of dollars and sent multiple customers to you. I came in 2-3 months ago for a small job & was ignored. I asked that the carpet be reattached in front of a new fireplace. I was told it would be $75 to walk in my door and got no price for the actual job. You live around the corner from me.
