I’ve had several bad experiences at this dealership. They installed a seal on my 2001 civic wrong, causing it to leak oil. On another vehicle, it took 4 trips before they were finally able to determine the source of a misfire. Most recently I was told I had to wait over a week for them to simply TEST a battery. I would not recommend them to anyone. I will never go back.
Had a very nice experience buying my 2012 Honda Accord. The staff couldn't have been nicer. And to be fair, I did buy the car as is. However, I did not expect to hear that the power steering pump is going out and needs to be replaced before I've even bought tags for the car! :(

Yesterday we bought our 5th Honda from this place. We would never go any place else. We've bought '02 Accord, '04 CRV, '08 Fit, '12 CRV & now '14 Accord. Every salesperson we have worked with has been nice, knowledgable & professional. Chris Hardenbrook was one of the best. He did everything to accommodate our busy schedule & found the perfect car we wanted. Car dealers get a bad rap by trade. Here the bar is set high & with 5 positive experiences they must be doing something right. We ❤️ Honda!!!!
Update. Found a competent salesman, Tim. Treated my $4000.00 purchase like a $50,000 purchase. Made me feel important. Five stars is not high enough. They now have a customer for life and I will recommend Tim (Nogames!) to everyone. Thank you again.
