My car has been there a week to get a windshield calibrated. Still haven’t heard from anyone. Every time we call service we leave a message with no response. Still don’t have an update. I expect more out of a dealership.
RecommendedHad an issue with a lease trade-in from a Kia to a new Honda regarding the final bill from Kia and being a lot more than what was told. Made a few calls to Castrucci Honda and got in touch with the GM Mike Boon who made it right. I’ve leased several vehicles from Castrucci and will continue to do so in future.

We bought my daughters civic last year here and had such a great experience. I said I will be back for mine! And I did almost 3 weeks ago! I got my red civic from Scott (such a kind man) i let him know where I needed to be in payments and he made it happen! I also had a wonderful experience! I just walked into MC Honda to an empty show floor after seeing 3-4 guys smoking in the back. I did eventually see one guy in the back cubicle who chose to make phone calls (after he got off the phone, I was polite enough to wait) instead of helping me until I interrupted him. He reluctantly answered my simple question after failing to pawn me off on a coworker who had just walked in with another gentleman. I wanted to thank everyone who recommended Schmidt Auto Care. Not only were they extremely thorough in examining my van, they did research on the problem & found out that Honda has put out a service bulletin on the issue many times ( which the Castrucci Honda dealership left out of the $5000 estimate they gave me for their recommendation of a new transmission!!)
