I went there to get my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses! My family has been going here for years! One of the best experiences I ever had. Love the staff! I even went to multiple places to look at dresses and will stick with this place from now on! And for the people that decided to come on the group and trash a place of business like immature children, maybe it wasn't the staff being rude but the customers! #JustSaying PS: I was a heavy/curvy bride and had no issues!! �
That was the worst experience anyone could have for a first time looking for a wedding dress. They were rude, made fun of her body, told her they knew what she wanted without asking. They would not let her friend go look at any dresses for Holly. I have never been into a wedding shop where they don't have dresses everywhere for you to look at and then she was rude to Holly's friend and told Holly that after she tried on the next dress that she should be done and the appointment was over. Bad service to my curvy friend. Apparently, she wasn't allowed to even pick out her own dresses to try on, and they didn't even measure her. Ended up cutting her appointment short. Crappy service.
Great place, and great dresses. Very nice staff, never felt rushed, would highly recommend!
My daughter, her Maid of Honor & I were there on Friday. They were wonderful, helpful and kind. Customer Service could not have gotten any better. Thank you so much for honoring our veterans. It meant the world to us.
