Luis did not reveal $100 hidden Service fee when making appointment. The charge was revealed two days after, right before coming over for service. Do not recommend.
Luis answered the emergency call immediately. One of the warmest days of the summer and the ac stopped working. He ran several tests to determine the problem, left and came back with the part needed. Highly recommended, very professional and efficient. No games.
I called when my hot water heater went. They called and spoke to us about pricing and brands and were there within a couple of hours with everything needed to do the ok. Luis and Jose were very professional and clean when working and even took the old unit with them after testing to my sure everything worked well. Would recommend.
Use them at your own risk. Way over charged to out new unit in. Had an issue with the brand new unit. Owner did come back and fix it after 2 nd time of an issue. Supposed to service after a year, never called to schedule an appointment with us. Was supposed to order filters for us never heard anything from them after the last repair.
