Castro and company came out to our house (5400 sq ft) to inspect our system- 4 separate condensers and air handlers that were not cooling the house. It’s a big job so it took 2 days and after inspecting everything they found we were low on refrigerant and had broken components. Now the systems are all humming along working great!

Luis did not reveal $100 hidden Service fee when making appointment. The charge was revealed two days after, right before coming over for service. Do not recommend.
