Friendly professional service But my undercover was left hanging and brake in half Not happy
Staff was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful, and also FAST! Quite a refreshing change as compared to typical customer service these days! Highly recommend!!
This location attempted to upsell me on functioning parts, then escalated to lies and intimidation when I declined. Staff pulled on my car door, made false claims, and tried to charge me twice. They did change my oil but their customer service was garbage. I've been taking my car solely to Valvoline locations for 4 years. I have never received such ugly customer service. Why is the staff not trained? 0/10
