I have been coming to this Castro oil, location for oil changes and overall check ups for years, The service from the workers is always excellent but the last two times I have been here I have waited almost half an hour, which is a bit much. I tip the workers but it seems maybe management having trouble finding people to do the work, understaffed for the amount of services they offer.
Ben at Castro was very polite and knowledgeable regarding the regular services my car needed. He took good care of my car. He also gave some other recommendations for my mufflers
