Mo the general manager is awesome and took time to answer all of my questions, walk me through things, show me my oil, etc. I have found my new oil changing and maintenance place and it’s awesome! Great oil, great price, great service AND a very detailed car wash included. Preserve this place and Mo at all costs! Thank you!!
Had a terrible experience with the oil change service with this shop. Urge everyone to avoid any service from this shop. Sent my car for an oil change. The tech forgot to add oil back in and drove the car to washing bay. The engine ceased fire due to running dry. It completely damaged the engine. And the shop is refusing to take responsibility. It's been over a month. Still have no resolution!
Came here due to good reviews and was disappointed. Service was fast but clerk was not friendly-- would hardly talk to me! The clerk made me type my own information into the computer, which was strange and I did not know that the service came with a car wash until after I had driven away. Also, they claimed on the paperwork that my front differential had no fluid in it and was leaking. Great customer service, great pricing, timely and generally pretty available.
Desperately needed to change my oil as I drive from San Diego to Orange County quite a bit. Didn’t have much time and Premium Lube Express took care to get me on my way and give me all my options for best choice for my car and driving habits. Cashier and tech were very friendly. Will be back in 10k miles!
