Always a good experience
Terrible experience. I went there this morning for an oil change. Half way through the service I was informed that they broke my oil pan and said it was the fault of the previous service department but they would drive to get a new one. I assumed a reputable company would have replaced it on their dime after breaking it. At the end of the service they indicated that they would only be charging me $40 fee to replace it plus the $100 charge for the new pan.
