Went in to get tires switched to summers, got a price over the phone. My wife goes in for the appointment and they tell her all the lug nuts are seized and they “legally” can’t allow her to drive the car. As if they are law enforcement and not lube “techs” they wanted $20 each lug nut. they wanted $400 plus the price of the tire swap.
