Terrible experience. I went there this morning for an oil change. Half way through the service I was informed that they broke my oil pan and said it was the fault of the previous service department but they would drive to get a new one. I assumed a reputable company would have replaced it on their dime after breaking it. At the end of the service they indicated that they would only be charging me $40 fee to replace it plus the $100 charge for the new pan. This is the place to stop for all your vehicle servicing needs. Fast friendly oil changes and a separate area for all other car repairs. Jeff is an incredible mechanic. We came to him with a malfunction warning. We were heading out on a road trip in about 5 days. He found the problem, got the parts and made the repairs that day. His final bill was substantially less than the estimate from the Ford dealership. Thanks Jeff!!
