I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the work. We hired them to refinish our hardwood floors, and several areas came out uneven, blotchy, and rough. Despite pointing these issues out, they didn’t make any real effort to fix them. The attention to detail just wasn’t there — spots that should have been smooth were left patchy, and edges near the walls look rushed.
