I haven't been to the dentist in a few years, but I don't think great customer service was part of the dental plan. I was greeted with big smiles and given a warm introduction as soon as I walked in. The receptionist gave me a tour of the office once I finished filling out my paperwork. The office has a room for refreshments before or after your visit, (wow). My appt went by smoothly and all the medical staff and front desk staff were extremely friendly. Seems like one big family and made me feel like a new member.

I've been seeing Dr. Whitehouse and his team since I was about 4 years old - they are the only dental team I've ever been too! Even after moving out of the area, I still make it back every 6 months for my cleaning!
I have referred at least half a dozen people to Castro Valley Dental Care... and everyone is as thrilled with the care they receive as I am! Seriously, give this place a try!
