I already mentioned this to your staff, but I am not interested in being "marketed" to, I am just there to take care of my teeth. I feel your communication is too severe. Just need one reminder, don't need text and emails and definitely don't need community messages or any other communications. Dentistry is great.

THE THING THAT STANDS OUT FOR ME IS THE GENUINE CARE AND RESPECT EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE SHOWS TO EVERY PATIENT. DR WHITHOUSE IS OUTSTANDING NOT ONLY REGARDING HIS DENTISTRY BUT HIS EAGERNESS TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE SATISFIED BEFORE LEAVING. I LEFT THE AREA SEVERAL YEARS AGO BUT DRIVE 120 MILES ROUND TRIP FOR MY DENTAL WORK.
I like that you send me a reminder a few weeks before the appointment and that the reminder has the ability to add the appointment to my Outlook calendar. I wish, however, that I could receive the reminder when the appointment is first made.

5 Stars! Castro Valley Dental Care really does superb dental services to their patients and local community! The caring staff are pros when it comes to your overall dental health. With the professional knowledge and up-to-date on-site medical equipment/tools, this office has been excellent to my son and I for over 25 years! Highly recommended!
