My 85 year old seditary mother was late to an appointment 10 minutes and they would not take her. A driving service took her and we called to let them know. They were not willing to accomidate my mother even though the appointment time that we scheduled prior was changed by them suddenly so then we had to switch everything to make it there. When I first meet Dr Castro she was short and to the point. I told her what was wrong and shared some of my past abuses. I remember what she told me. Your health is your responsibility, if you continue to abuse yourself don’t expect a miracle from me however if you continue to stay clean and fallow my recommendations you can live a good and healthy life….

In my opinion this person should not be treating patients. She is honestly an overall terrible person. She is rude, inconsiderate, lacks listening skills, and lacks compassion. No person should see this “doctor”. She is no professional.

She’s rude and inconsiderate, very judgmental towards pregnancy and any questions I had she made me feel dumb and uncomfortable she said my appointment was worthless since I’m pregnant and she can’t do any blood work because it’d be pointless since I can’t be treated due to pregnancy. I’ve never in my life felt belittled by anyone specially not a “health professional.” I’d give her zero stars if I could. Insensitive, inconsiderate and unprofessional. My initial visit was not great but I hung in with her and she with me and I found she covers all my health needs (blood tests, referrals, keeping tabs of the #"s, etc.). I feel this makes any inconviences to be tolerable. I feel she is a good Dr.

I've never had an experience like the visit with Dr. Castro. she was very judgmental and rolled her eyes at me numerous times, gazing at me as if she was totally disgusted. I don't know how she has any patients. She actually brought me to tears, I felt so degraded and discriminated against, by her. And changing doctors immediately. I surely wish I would have read the reviews, before going to that appointment.

My first experience meeting with Dr Castro she only addressed one of my health issues which was I had went to the hospital a couple of days prior due to having an upper respiratory infection and shortness of breath I explained to her I was still having difficulty breathing and she asked if I had anxiety. I said yes, she asked what medication I'm on for it, I replied none she found that very surprising. She quoted with her hands that due to my anxiety I just think I'm not breathing well, rudeaf
