From first contact with Tony my sales consultant, the entire experience was a 10++, Everything was upfront and the car and information on the advertisement was exactly as shown. My sales consultant Tony Geronimo, was excellent knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Robert in the finance department was also top in his area of knowledge and professionalism. Poliet and friendly, was a good deal and enjoyable experience.
We had a great experience with Castriota Chevrolet. Our salesman was Charles, and he was awesome. They were not pushy at all, and they made the car buying process super quick and smooth!
*** WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ***my husband and I worked out what we believed to be a deal for a week and a half, we got financing sent pictures of our trade and drove 3 hours for the dealership to change our trade in value and offer no solutions. I spoke with several people over the 2 weeks and was assured that they were a family run business and they would not back out of the trade in value that they don't do that. Shame on me to think that their a company of there word!! TYPICALLY SALESMAN!!! ***AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP ***
