From first contact with Tony my sales consultant, the entire experience was a 10++, Everything was upfront and the car and information on the advertisement was exactly as shown. Poliet and friendly, was a good deal and enjoyable experience.
We had a great experience with Castriota Chevrolet. Our salesman was Charles, and he was awesome. They were not pushy at all, and they made the car buying process super quick and smooth!
*** WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ***my husband and I worked out what we believed to be a deal for a week and a half, we got financing sent pictures of our trade and drove 3 hours for the dealership to change our trade in value and offer no solutions. I spoke with several people over the 2 weeks and was assured that they were a family run business and they would not back out of the trade in value that they don't do that. Shame on me to think that their a company of there word!! TYPICALLY SALESMAN!!! ***AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP ***
