You people build the shittiest condos I have ever seen , you use interior wood on the exterior of the buildings just to save a buck . Recently the whole block of electrical meters fell off the side of the building because it was attached to partical board , multiple roof leaks . Shoddy work , shoddy materials , and you don't stand behind your work . You shouldn't be in business, your nothing more than a slum lord .

It is our understanding that a company affiliated with CASTO was involved with the initial development of your condominium about 15 years ago, but maintenance and repair was turned over to the condominium association when that project was completed. I've lived here for 2 years and love the community. The staff are all very helpful and the area is quiet for the most part. My biggest issue is that there is no one monitoring the pool and it can get crowded...a lot of the people don't belong to the community. Someone who lives in the surrounding neighborhood said they use the pool all the time as do their neighbors since there is no lock and no one checks to see if they are residents. other than that, I've been very happy living here!
