Hi. My daughter, Fallon, called your office to inform you of a leak in the refrigerator in our unit back in September shortly after we moved in. The maintenance person came in to look at the fridge a few days after that. The gentleman told us that the fridge had to be replaced and that he'd have to order a new one. Two gentlemen did deliver a new fridge on or about September 18, 2025, at about 4:00 pm. (I lost track of dates as I was patiently waiting for the maintenance men to return.) Housing is very cozy and homey, and the leasing agents I have spoken with were very helpful and accommodating.
Amazing people everyrime we have an issue always fixed within a timely manner.
Been here forever. (Like 5 years.) the staff is friendly, maintenance is quick for in apartment stuff. Amenities are nice and is a pleasant, cheaper place to call home.
