Steve Castlen is an angel in disguise. He helped me so much through one of the most difficult and trying periods of my life. I had to sell my mother‘s home which was in deplorable condition and during the process of the sale, my mother passed away, and I live out of town in another state. I could not have gotten through this ordeal without Steve. I Would give him 100 stars if I could. He is the kindest, most thoughtful and pleasant man. Highly recommend

Doesn't hold their sellers to any standard. Sellers left trash on property including beds, lids, stopped mowing the yard for over a month, and heavily damaged the walls and doors upon move out. Incredibly disappointing. Now that I've had this experience with them, I'll never trust this company to do what's morally correct again.

Jason Goddard is a true professional. His approach is grounded in facts, solid critical thinking, great problem-solving skills, sound judgement and effective interpersonal skills. I live out of state, but I quickly learned that I could trust that Jason would cover everything in my absence. My experience with Jason, and Castlen Realty, was truly pleasant.

Steve has always been an excellent realtor. We actually weren't looking for a home. A house came on the market and he thought of us. He called us, showed us the house, and that was in 2017. We're still here. Thanks Steve and ❤️ your Christmas card every year.
