Now, it’s been about 3 years or more since I got my LASIK procedure; I cannot tell you how great it is, it worth every penny I have spent on it. We waited way too long then a young man came in after us who seemed to know young lady working there & so of course they took him in front of us. Also Doc said can't find anything wrong but my 12 year old crys from her eyes hurting

Dear Mary- Hopefully, I can shed some light on this. In looking at the audit trail of your daughter's visit, the appointment time was 12:00 pm and she was sent to check out by 12:30 pm. The arrival time to the appointment was 11:30 am. We take patients according to their appointment time, not arrival time. So if another patient had an 11:30 or 11:45 appointment, they would be taken prior to a patient who arrives at 11:34 for a 12:00 appointment time. My mother recently had a procedure done but she could not see she wore bifocals and used a magnifying glass she is 64 years old had the procedure done and for the first time in a long time she can read everything drive in the dark the staff was great the doctors are great highly recommend it
