Mold in apartment There’s mold in the apartment that management won’t fix for months
Worst place you can live! The apartments are all moldy and full of bugs and rats. Trash is always on the outside of the containers. Apartment is always leaking from somewhere. Management is a joke they do not care for their residents and if you have an issue they either do not respond at all or delay it for 3 months. Do not move to this garbage place
Current resident This place has been a complete nightmare since the time I moved in. Management is very rude and disrespectful. They have a major bug issue they come to "spray" but it doesn't kill the roaches it just makes them come out and multiply. I had to purchase my own product to try to resolve the issue. Also I placed work orders for things that needed to be fixed and it took weeks for them to even address it and they still haven't been fixed. There has been mold in the bathroom and ceiling. My First Apartment Gracie and Erika made my very first apartment experience out of college a pleasant one and was always willing to help. I was a tenant there from 2012-2016. The smaller, gated community won me over and all electric spacious affordable unit with free basic cable(at the time) . Living close to I75 and Cobb Parkway was also a major plus.Neighbors were very kind and kept the noise down to a minimum. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I have lived here for 10 years, it was oh so great at the beginning but they changed management and this lady named Adriana runs the place now, she is worse than horrible, she is letting the place fall apart, everything in the complex is now dirty, gym has been not running for about 3 years now, clubhouse is no good either I think they closed it. Improvements The complex is pretty quiet most of the time (on the outside) but it is very easy to hear neighbors from the inside. This is more than likely due to the complex being a rather old infrastructure. Furthermore, pest control can be an issue, subflooring, and untimely repairs.

A nice and quiet place. I've been living here for about 5 years now and don't have any issues. It's a smaller, gated community and is close to 75 and other places. It's still close enough to Atlanta without paying a ridiculous amount of money. Nothing is upgraded, but that's fine with me because it's not run-down like most apartments in Marietta that's affordable. castlebrook apartments the apartments are huge but they have a major bug issue and they send out pest control but the pest control says they spray stuff for them to come out and not to kill them. there is mold all over the bathroom but its a quiet and gated community and has water included.
