Contacted Bob a week prior to schedule an estimate. He confirmed he could meet a 1pm the following Wednesday. I sent him a calendar invite and a follow up email which both went ignored. I called the day before since there was no response and talk to Bob. He acted acted like he knew nothing about the scheduled appointment we had but remembered after I refreshed his memory.
