I don’t live here but was interested in renting one until I first hand seen the property. The plumbing pipes are so old that they flood apartments. Most of the walk ways flood when it rains. They are infested with roaches. The security that they say they have they really don’t, some of the gates that are supposed to require a key or a code just push open. Their pool is not operational. No security and no pool this year
I have been without hot water for almost a month. The maintenance guy says it's beyond his ability to fix the problem and the management refuses to call a plumber to fix the problem. DO NOT rent here.
Care more about their Tenets needs.
RecommendedBeen here since March 2018 and I am loving the staff and nieghbors here. Awesome maintenance keeps pool top notch when it is openes. Tell them that Todd sent you.
