Castle is the worst. Show up for a service appointment. Wait at the service desk for 5 minutes while you’re ignored by 3 people. No warm greeting; no “we’ll be with you in a second”. Service plan that you overpay for is completed in an hour and a half. Then they forget to give you the “complimentary” car wash. The salespeople just mope around the place and step outside to vape every 5 minutes. Sales manger small talks loudly with her sales people the entire time you’re waiting. My experience is like nothing you could imagine. Everything that could go wrong, DID ! If it wasn’t for the TEAM of incredible people at CASTLE Subaru I’m pretty sure I was on the docket for a nervous breakdown. First and foremost David in service. Thank you for taking every call.
