Wonderful experience. Professional, knowledgeable technicians were able to repair my shutter instead or replacing it. Castle Services exceeded all my expectations.
When I had some problems with one shutter I called this company for repair. Unfortunately I had to speak with an answering machine and not a person but the message said that they would call back. Now after one week I am still waiting. Luckily I found another company that answered my call and came and fixed it. Who needs a company that advertises repair service but then doesn't want to do it? Regarding the reply of the owner below, I don't have any incoming call or voice message from you on my phone.
