Dear Castle Services, I would like to tell you about a recent job one of your crews performed for me. Instead of a normal trash haul where your crew can function normally, I had a property seller who needed to review almost every item that was being hauled out to the dumpster. The seller has had the property in their possession since 1922 and there was a tremendous amount of family history involved. Andy, Michael, Matthew, and Markus were tremendous! They showed a huge amount of care for the seller and their feelings. Over and over again the crew members exhibited consideration and patience during such unusual job parameters. Many times the crew went above and beyond the call of duty by moving things and accommodating the seller’s needs. Even going so far as to move a chair to a different room just to make my older client more comfortable! Markus was fantastic about scheduling around my client’s needs and getting the job done fast. We really appreciate it and will for sure call upon your company again!
