It was a pleasure dealing with Castle Rock for my new windows. There was no high pressure sales, I even took 2 weeks to decide and was politely followed up with after a week to see if I had any questions. The windows look great and the installation was seamless. To top it all off I received a phone call the following day to see how everything went- GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I had Castle Rock replace all the windows in my home a few months ago and I must say the experience was very pleasant, despite having my installation be rescheduled because of rain (certainly understandable). The crew showed up on the next scheduled day and were able to do all 9 of my windows in one day and cleaned up as if they were never there. I stopped a check after the two final windows were not installed correctly. I had trouble getting them to return my calls so in order to insure they followed up, I stopped payment causing them to incur a $35 fee. I also incurred a fee. After NUMEROUS back and forth confrontations and telephone calls, in the end I was threatened with having a lien placed on my home, threatened to be turned into a collection agency and further threatened to be taken to court if I didn’t pay the $35 fee with my remaining balance due. I had a wonderful experience with this company. Their professional sales rep came out and gave me an estimate that day. I placed my order and the windows were installed in less than 3 weeks. Now my house is warmer, I saved a ton of money with their great prices, and I enjoy my home improvements. I would recommend this company to everyone.
